Support is provided by telephone, email, or both. We also provide the option of remote desktop connections depending on customer preference, ship location, and available resources. To provide efficient software support, each ship must be equipped with an email account capable of handling attachments of several hundred kilobytes.

With your purchase, you will be provided with unlimited free software updates, which are distributed electronically. There will never be a need for onboard technicians. Support and maintenance includes unlimited phone calls and emails, guaranteed response times, new software releases, and policy updates.
