BACK OFFICE PROCEDURES
Users can easily set up Itineraries, Segments, Cruises, define ship layouts, and manage accounts (Passenger, Crew, and Special).
From a single screen, the user can insert, update, and view account information; manage credit cards, account links (roots), discounts, and special price lists; manage account tracking; and view/print account statements.
The software allows users to make similar changes to several accounts at the same time (batch changes).
Users can import passenger lists from a variety of booking systems, including the CruiseManager Reservation System, IBS, Entee, and FORTHcrs to a Microsoft Excel file.
It is also simple to process batch charges on all accounts, or just on accounts matching specified criteria. This comes in handy for adding gratuities, etc.
